Shipping, Risk Transfer & Incoterms® 2020

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are governed by Incoterms® 2020.

  • EXW (Ex Works): Risk transfers at our premises.
  • FOB: Risk transfers once goods are loaded at port of shipment.
  • CIF: Cost and insurance included; risk transfers at shipment port.

Title and risk transfer strictly as per the applicable Incoterm.

Delivery SLA Tiers

  • Stock Items: Dispatch within 2–5 business days.
  • Non-Stock / OEM Sourced: 2–8 weeks (indicative).
  • Project / Custom Items: As per agreed milestone schedule.

SLAs are estimates, not guarantees. Delays do not constitute breach or grounds for cancellation.

Regulatory Compliance & End-Use

Certain products may be subject to export controls, defense regulations, or restricted end-use conditions.

  • Accurate end-user and end-use declarations are mandatory.
  • Resale or diversion without consent is prohibited.
  • We may suspend supply to ensure legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
